Quantum snake
A downloadable Quantum Snake for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android
Quantum Snake isn't your regular snake game. It takes the classic you grew up with and rewires it with real quantum mechanics, baked right into the gameplay.
- Superposition: the food particle exists in multiple possible locations at once, until you get close enough to force a measurement
- Wave function collapse: approach the food particle and its wave function collapses, revealing exactly where it really is
- Tunneling: your snake can phase through walls and even through its own body. Tunneling chance starts at 50% and decreases as your snake grows longer, bottoming out at a minimum of 20%, so it never becomes impossible, just more challenging
More forgiving than the original Snake, but still enough of a challenge to keep it fun.
Multiple speed modes, each with its own personality:
Demon Mode: one step every 50ms. Good luck. Genuinely.
Rock Mode: the total opposite. One step per minute. Sit back, do some meditation with your snake, glance over occasionally, nudge the direction, and go back to chilling. Very zen.

You can also customize themes and shapes for both the snake and the food particle to make each run feel different.
On top of all that: a slick neon aesthetic, a custom audio engine, and smooth controls (D-pad supported), built for quick chaotic runs or long meditative ones.
